Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Stock and replenish allotted supplies in guest rooms and common area bathrooms.
- Sort, clean and fold linen and terry.
- Be able to push, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to bend and squat as necessary.
- Be able to work with the provided cleaning chemicals and tools.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Department Manager.
- Be able to work in teams and independently, as assigned each day by the Department Manager.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold the company’s policies and procedures.
- All other assigned duties.
