We are a busy Plumbing, Rooter and Sewer Pumping company looking for a motivated team member for our Los Angeles offices.
Requirements
– Must be able to multi task with phone communications and computer skills
– Capable of providing each caller with professional and helpful attitude while actively listening to their needs
– Gather detailed customer information and enter it into our database
– Ability to communicate professionally and clearly on the phone
– Must be able to work with a team and be able to follow directions independently
– Must be able to read a map and read directions
– Basic computer skills are needs, Microsoft Office and Excel
– No experience necessary, we train for the position
