The role:
*Recruit Software Engineers, Embedded Engineers, AI Engineers and Hardware professionals across Europe and North America
*Develop new business opportunities with technology companies while building long-term client relationships
*Source and engage highly specialised candidates using headhunting, networking and market mapping techniques
*Provide market insight and talent intelligence to clients operating at the cutting edge of technology
Requirements:
*Degree educated or previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Commercially driven with a resilient and proactive mindset
