Evening and weekend positions available: 4 weekday shifts (5pm to 9pm, Tuesday to Friday) plus 7.5hr shift on a Saturday.
We are a multi- award winning UK contact centre. After over 20 successful years in Hull, Middlesborough and Leeds. We are recruiting PART TIME Inbound Sales & Service Advisors to join our BT & EE campaigns – helping customers with their broadband, mobile, and TV services while delivering brilliant customer experiences.
What you’ll do
- Handle inbound calls from BT & EE customers
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and packages
- Work towards achievable sales and service targets
- Be part of a friendly, supportive team in our brand-new site
What we’re looking for
- Great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- A customer-focused approach with confidence in recommending solutions
- Motivation to achieve targets and a positive attitude to learning
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus – but not essential
