Come join our team at Gentle Birth Centers & OBGYN clinic, the first fully integrated Hospital/OOH Midwifery practice! We are building a team to serve clients in Palm Beach County and surrounding area for full scope Midwifery practice including home, and Birth Center birth with hospital privileges. We have outstanding OB/GYN back up with supportive MDs. Our ideal team has LMs working alongside CNMs to provide evidence based care to clients seeking respectful, client-centered, informed pregnancy and birth services.
We are only looking for the following titles, CNM’s – Certified Nurse Midwifes CPM/LM’S – Certified Professional Midwife’s / Licensed Midwife OB/GYN MD

Practice Summary
- Fully equipped free-standing birth center with 4 birth rooms, CNM call room/office suite, staff kitchen
- Low risk births at home or the birth center, ability to transfer IP to our CNM or OB at nearby hospital (1 mile)
- Office hours 5 days/wk at the birth center for all prenatal and GYN appt’s.
- Privileges and OB collaboration agreement at near-by Hospital
- Focus on evidence based care that supports physiological labor and birth for low and moderate risk clients
- Practice environment that supports provider growth and encourages expansion of skill set and knowledge base
- Low primary cesarean rate

- Doulas on staff who provide Lactation support and childbirth education
We are a free standing facility that is split in two, one side being OB/GYN clinic and the other is the birth center. We’re contracted with almost all payers. The birth center also has a self-pay model offing a variety of white glove / concierge services. This will be the place where most woman will want to have their babies. Our business model is like no other, this is truly one of a kind.
