We are looking for Home Care Assistants to do Roving Nights in and around Chorley and Preston areas covering Lostock Hall, Ashton, Aughton and Adlington!
– Drivers only
– Roving Nights
– Flexible hours
No qualifications or previous experience is required as we offer full paid training.
Hours of duty: Night Shift – 11:30 pm to 6 am
(We kindly ask that you work every other weekend)
Our New and Increased Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday – £13.45 (including 40 performance bonus)
Saturday & Sunday – £13.55 (including 40 performance bonus)

The Role:
The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.
Job Description:
· To read and follow the individualised care plan.
· To assist Service Users with getting in and out of bed.
· Assist with medication, mobility, and toileting needs
· Offer companionship during waking nights
· To provide assistance with toileting, changing positions and monitoring during the night.
· Respond calmly and confidently to needs overnight.
· To adhere by Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies.
